How to prepare your Kopi Luwak?

At V60 (recommended method):

  1. Use 15-18g of freshly ground coffee (medium-fine bean).

  2. Heat water to about 91–93°C maximum (do not boil the water)

  3. Place a filter in your V60, rinse it with hot water to remove the paper taste.


4. Gently pour about 30 ml of water over the coffee for the “bloom” (pre-infusion), let stand for 30 seconds.


5. Continue the infusion by slowly pouring the remaining water (approximately 250 ml), in regular circular movements.

6. Let the coffee flow completely, then enjoy your Kopi Luwak, rich in subtle aromas.


At the espresso machine:

You can also prepare your Kopi Luwak as an espresso, but note that this method can dull some of the coffee's delicate and subtle flavors. For optimal results, opt for the V60 method, which is smoother and more expressive.
